What is collected and why
When you purchase Skin Resonance, payment is handled directly by Stripe through a Stripe Payment Link. Stripe collects the information needed to process your order, such as your name, email address and payment details; we do not see or store your full card number. We use your email to deliver your purchase (a link giving app access) and to handle any order issues. If you subscribe to the mailing list, we use your email to send occasional product updates.
The app itself
The app requires no account and no login. It uses no tracking, no cookies and no analytics within the app. Audio is generated locally in your browser, and ambient soundscape files are streamed from a CDN with no identifying information transmitted.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data for marketing. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not track your usage within the app.
Third-party services
The website is hosted on a standard web host, and payments are processed by Stripe via a Stripe Payment Link. The app (app.skinresonance.com) is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which may collect aggregated, non-identifiable analytics. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Data retention
Order records are retained for 10 years to comply with French tax and accounting law. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed. Mailing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete (subject to legal retention), object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. We respond within 30 days. The supervisory authority is the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Children
Skin Resonance is not intended for anyone under 16.
